Group Exercise Classes
At Chicago Family Fit, our group exercises are geared to compliment your personal training sessions. Depending on your interests, age, ability, and schedule, we will discuss which classes are the best options for improving your overall fitness. All classes are 45 minutes.
Bootcamp is a high intensity class that uses a variety of equipment and exercises to improve total body conditioning. During the 45 minute time period, we will work all of your muscles from head to toe while maintaining a high heart rate. This class is geared for the moderate to advanced participant.
CombatFit is a moderate intensity group exercise class that incorporates a combination of martial arts, balance, and flexibility. This class is geared for beginners through advanced exercisers that are looking for an alternative style of cardiovascular training to improve their endurance.
Balanced Strength is a Combination of ballet and Tai-Chi, using balance techniques to increase heart rate and improve endurance, while remaining low impact. This class is an all age appropriate, lower intensity class that will complete any fitness regimen.
Cardio Latin Dance:
Do you like to dance? This class provides a heart pumping work-out with Latin moves to burn calories and have fun. Cardio Latin Dance is great for all ages interested in a fun cardiovascular work-out.
